Art. 1 Definitions
Webshop: Crach Card Club's virtual store ( crachcardclub.be )
Product: these are the services and goods offered for sale in the webshop.
Some examples of this are: board games, card games, games, ...
Buyer: is the person who visits the webshop and purchases one or more products.
Art. 2 Price
All prices stated in the webshop are in euros (€),
including 21%, 6% or 2DH VAT depending on the product, excluding shipping costs.
If an incorrect price has been communicated due to an error,
we will immediately correct it and inform the buyer.
In the event of a price change, he has the right to cancel the purchase.
Art. 3 Order, payment via webshop and e-confirmation
The buyer can enter his order via the webshop.
He will then receive a purchase confirmation by e-mail.
The email confirmation makes the purchase final.
When placing an order, the buyer must be at least 16 years old,
or there must be an agreement from the parents / guardian.
Art. 4 Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer, banccontact or cash if the products are collected or shipped.
The products will be sent or can be collected as soon as they are available at Crach Card Club.
Upon collection,
an e-mail will be sent as soon as the products are available. By making payment,
the buyer indicates that he/she agrees with the terms and conditions of Crach Card Club.
Crach Card Club is never obliged to proceed with delivery
if the ordered products have not yet been paid for
and the products remain the property of Crach Card Club until payment has been made.
If payment for the ordered products has not been received after 7 days,
the products will no longer be reserved for the customer.
However, this does not mean that the order is void.
Art. 5 Delivery of the ordered products
The purchased products can:
- or can be picked up by the buyer in Benedenplein 9 3010 Kessel-Loo
(behind the station of Leuven)
- or sent by Crach Card Club to the buyer's address specified in the order. In this case,
a shipping cost may be charged. Shipments are made via Bpost.
Art. 6 Return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us via the contact form.
You must then return the product to us within 14 days of receipt.
The address details will be made available by us.
The shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer.
When the conditions are met,
we will refund the amount paid less the shipping costs within 30 days
to the account you specified.
Conditions:
- The product was purchased from Crach Card Club;
- The product is in its original packaging and is still intact;
- The product was not purchased for professional/business use.
Art. 7 Liability during shipment
No responsibility is accepted for loss or damage, direct or indirect, however caused,
after the products have left our warehouse.
If the product is damaged during shipping or is lost due to a fault of the carrier,
the buyer can only be compensated for the damage suffered to the extent that the
insurance of the carrier covers the damage.
If desired, you can contact us to obtain an insured shipment.
For a small surcharge you can insure the products so that all damage can be compensated.
Art. 8 Liability
The buyer is responsible for the choice of the products ordered by him.
The address details stated by the buyer constitute a commitment for him:

Crach Card Club cannot be held liable for the impossibility of delivering the ordered product.
For a second shipment,
the actual shipping costs will always be charged (even if the first shipment was free).
Art. 9 Disputes
Any complaints must be submitted to Crach Card Club by the buyer via the contact form or by
registered mail and within 7 calendar days after receipt of the products.
In the event of a dispute, only the courts of the district of Mechelen are competent.
Art. 10 Data management
The buyer's personal data is stored in an automated file. This data will be used to provide information to the buyer, to follow up on orders and to send our newsletter. Under no circumstances will this data be made available to third parties. The buyer can request this data at any time and request its deletion or adjustment, simply send us a message via the contact form.
Email address, first and last name is stored. No other data is stored. Address data is only used for the shipment of the package if necessary.
Art. 11 Availability
Our products are available while supplies last. If we do not have the products in stock ourselves, we depend on the reports we receive from our suppliers. When the buyer places an order, we will order the products that we do not have in stock as soon as possible and we will inform the buyer of the expected delivery time. All errors and changes are beyond our control and are not within our responsibility. If a product is not available after ordering, you will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible, after which you will receive a full refund of the ordered goods.
You have the right to cancel the order if the waiting time exceeds 21 working days and we have not yet handed over the ordered products to our carrier. If the product is not in stock and it is important that you receive it before a certain date, we ask you to contact us in advance so that we can give you the most accurate estimate possible of the feasibility of the desired delivery date.
Art. 12 Dissolution of Sale
In consultation with Crach Card Club, as an exception, a purchase can be declared null and void. If costs have already been incurred by the order, Crach Card Club has the right to request compensation for these costs.
Crach Card Club always reserves the right to unilaterally declare the sale null and void. Of course, the monies already paid will then be refunded.
